How To Order  
NOTE:  We ship to locations in the USA, only.

How to Order:

To order from this web site, you must register.

1. Once you have registered, simply Login
  • If you want to order a quantity of a single part, continue below.
  • I you wish to order a quantity of multiple parts , then go to step 9, below.

Single Part Order Process

2. Enter your Part No. into the “Search” box and click on “Go.”
3. If stock is shown, enter the quantity and click on “Add to Cart.” (If there is no stock, a form will appear for sending an RFQ to our sister division to check on surplus stock and availability. This quote will be provided to you via email or fax.)
4. Once the Part No. is entered into the cart, you may proceed to “Checkout” or “Continue Shopping” for additional parts.
5.  When shopping is completed, proceed to “Checkout.”
6.  At this point you can verify your shipping address and choose the UPS shipping method. Next click on “Continue.”
7. At this point, your Credit Card information must be entered (Visa, Master Card, or American Express, only). Then click “Continue.”
8. Complete your order per instructions.

Multiple Part Order Process

9. You may continue per Step 2, individually entering each part number into the search box and adding the results to the Sales Cart, OR
10. You may search for all of your parts at once by using the Template provided on the Home Page. Simply proceed as follows:
11. Download the template and store it on your computer.  Add the parts and quantities you need into the template. 
12. Use the “Browse” button to locate the stored template on your computer.  
13. Click on the “Upload” button.
14. The results will indicate which parts are in stock and which have been forwarded via RFQ to the sourcing division of the company.
15. Click the check box on the parts you wish to proceed on, and click on the “Process template” button.
16. The results will provide pricing. Check the boxes for those you wish to order.
17. Click on “Check out”.
18. At this point you can verify your shipping address and choose the UPS shipping method. Next click on “Continue.”
19. At this point, your Credit Card information must be entered (Visa, Master Card, or American Express, only). Then click “Continue.”
20. Complete your order per instructions.

When your order has been submitted and accepted by the shopping cart, you will receive an email confirming the order.

When the order ships, (usually same day if ordered before 11am, but within 24 hrs) you will receive via email, a shipping confirmation and the packing list and the final invoice for the order including shipping costs.
 

This Web Site will show you stock items, only. All stock items are factory new, original. If parts are not in stock, don’t worry, just click on the Request For Quote (RFQ) button.
